What data is collected

When a teacher registers, the site stores the name, work email, phone, region, type and name of the educational institution, subject/position and the password hash. When a team is created, the team name, chosen category and the participant details entered are stored. When a poster is submitted, the title, description, language, file and application status are stored.

How data is used

Data is needed to manage applications and communicate about the competition. The password is stored as a cryptographic hash, not in plain text. Uploaded posters are available to the team owner and the administrator; the public gallery shows only posters with winner status.

Important limitations of this version

This build is a local working version for development. Before publication, Uzbekistan’s legal requirements must be checked and HTTPS, backups, data retention and deletion periods, verification of consent from legal representatives, email verification and abuse protection must be set up.
